Our Chef Brigade have passion and commitment to quality, show team work to run the kitchen and support the preparation & production of food to the established high standards with the autonomy to share vison and experience to deliver quality dishes. Job Overview : In this role, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation in line with the hotel’s standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain efficiency and excellence in service. Experience & Qualifications Previous experience as a cook or chef in a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices (e.g., HACCP certification preferred). Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. A passion for food and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
