The CRM Manager plays a key role in retaining members at NOW by getting them to watch more, buy more & stay longer. The role will involve planning, creating and delivering CRM communications, which are insight driven and customer focused. It involves managing a CRM Exec and working in a highly commercial environment. You will have excellent communication skills, be highly data literate and have an in-depth understanding of CRM. What you'll do: Manage a small team, setting high standards for performance and behaviour. Focus on coaching, personal development and acting as a role model across the wider team. Outline the strategy and planning of targeted CRM campaigns to our membership base. Leveraging data and insight to define behavioural programmes – such as an Onboarding or Winback - designed to get members to watch more, buy more and stay longer. Plan and deliver engaging and highly targeted CRM campaigns across multiple channels – including, email, push and in-app notifications – ensuring a consistent experience. Use data and insight to drive continuous optimisation across communications, with a strong emphasis on measurement and test and learn. Work hand in hand with our Commercial Team, to shape plans which hit our trading targets. Proactively explore opportunities which drive smarter commercial outcomes. Work closely with Data Science and MarTech to improve automation, targeting and personalisation, to drive relevant communications to our members – getting them to the content they love Represent the CRM Team across the business, by supporting and collaborating across key initiatives and projects. This role will have a focus on Sky Cinema focus, talking to members about our range of amazing Sky Cinema content What you'll bring: CRM experience – confident in the strategy, planning & delivery of CRM campaigns. Passion for our members – a customer focused mindset. Strong commercial awareness – great at numbers and interpreting results. Great communication – can articulate plans alongside key rationale. Excellent prioritisation and time management – can independently work on multiple projects at the same time.
