Each year we process billions of dollars of payments and provide companies with solutions which help them to save money, automate processes and grow, but we’re only just getting started. We're seeking a Revenue Operations Manager, this person will own the optimisation, management, and strategic use of HubSpot across sales, marketing, and customer success. This role will ensure seamless lead management, pipeline visibility, and reporting while enabling teams with the tools and insights they need to perform at their best. HubSpot Management & Optimization Own the HubSpot platform, ensuring it is configured and customised to meet the needs of sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Manage user permissions, data hygiene, and system integrations within HubSpot. Continuously optimise workflows, automation, and pipelines to improve efficiency. Data & Analytics Build and maintain dashboards and reports within HubSpot for real-time visibility into key metrics (e.g., leads, conversion rates, pipeline health). Monitor and analyse data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and provide actionable insights. Ensure data integrity and consistency across HubSpot, implementing processes for regular audits and cleanups. Sales & Marketing Enablement Support sales and marketing teams by designing and implementing streamlined lead-to-revenue workflows. Set up and optimise email sequences, lead scoring, and campaign tracking within HubSpot. Train team members on best practices and new features to maximise HubSpot’s potential. Process Improvement Collaborate with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks in revenue operations and implement HubSpot-based solutions. Develop and document standardised processes to ensure consistency and scalability. Manage integration of HubSpot with other tools and platforms (e.g. support tools). Key Skills & Qualifications Experience: 3 years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations role with significant HubSpot experience. HubSpot Expertise: Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and related tools. Certification in HubSpot is a strong plus. Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze data, build reports, and extract actionable insights from HubSpot dashboards. Technical Skills: Experience with HubSpot integrations, API connections, and workflows. Process-Oriented: Demonstrated experience in creating and optimizing lead-to-revenue workflows. Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and align stakeholders on processes and priorities. Problem-Solving: Resourceful in diagnosing challenges and implementing HubSpot-driven solutions. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; HubSpot certifications are highly valued.
