Customer Service Administrator
Company Description
MBM is a year-old startup, working to develop and deliver innovative communication tools for residents and property managers. We are rapidly developing our products and services in a client and user-led fashion with our aim to improve property resident engagement and make building safety information available in the easiest and simplest of ways.
Role Description as a Customer Service Administrator
1. Administrative role collating information from various document formats to create, maintain and update information on our platform.
2. Providing support and assistance to our portal users, by email and phone.
3. Collate and post various materials to clients (signage / marking / invoices etc).
4. Work within Xero adding clients, creating quotes and invoices.
5. Monitor various email accounts and respond to queries and requests in a timely manner.
6. Filter incoming requests and forward to relevant parties.
The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, be diligent in their reading and categorization of documents. Previous experience in fire safety, health and safety, property management, and document management systems will be advantageous.
The successful applicant will need to be able to work alone at times, manage their own workloads, and liaise with other members of the team. They should have an adaptable disposition as our system is constantly under development and will change and adapt itself to stay in line with client expectations and amendments to legislation.
Key Skills and Experience as a Customer Service Administrator
1. Customer Service Skills
2. Record keeping – keeping information up to date – correcting any errors – reviewing content
3. Data entry within the MBM system
4. Filing of various documents within our own portal and other systems as required.
5. Collating and extracting information from a variety of systems and documents (i.e. Dropbox / SM8)
6. Raising client invoices (use of XERO accounting software).
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required, but you will need to be able to demonstrate proficiency in all of the areas outlined above.
