This is a full-time on-site Client Service Executive role located in Scarborough at The Insight Group. The Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong business relationships. Daily tasks include client services, administration, and client relations to enhance customer experience. The right candidate will be passionate about creating raving fans through excellent communication and relationship building both on the line and face to face at our events in Nottingham.
