Our client, an international Wealth & Investment Management organisation, is currently seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to provide first-class administrative and client support. About the Role As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will support Wealth Planners in delivering outstanding outcomes for clients. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate workflows, and act as a point of contact for clients. Your responsibilities will include preparing client documentation, arranging meetings, and maintaining accurate client records. You will be joining a small, experienced team in Newcastle who work closely together with their expanding client base across the North-East. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards. Prepare and submit client onboarding paperwork in line with AML procedures. Coordinate central services, such as paraplanning and valuations, to support Wealth Planners. Handle client queries and correspondence, escalating where necessary. Maintain accurate records in XPlan and other systems. About You Strong customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Knowledge of financial planning products (experience with XPlan is a plus).
