The Recipe
To manage product and pack Innovation related projects, involving the development and implementation of new products and product launches. To meet identified launch timings, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality.
In 2019 we opened our dedicated Research and Innovation Centre in Bolton, where our creative product development teams have access to cutting edge technology to help them create and bake the next big thing! We’re incredibly passionate about bringing a wider range of choice to our bakery category and our dedicated product development team working alongside our Marketing team, spend their time continually thinking of new ways of giving families great quality, great tasting food that fits in with their daily lives.
Over the last ten years we’ve launched several new innovations including Thin Crumpets, Giant Crumpets, Bagels, Sandwich Thins and it’s only by investing in innovation that we can continue to lead the way in the bakery market.
