About the Role: As a Teacher of Expressive Arts, you will: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in subjects such as Art, Drama, and Music to students in Key Stages 3 and 4. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students with SEND, including Autism, SEMH, and communication difficulties. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages self-expression and creativity. Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of staff to ensure the best outcomes for students. Monitor and assess students' progress, tailoring interventions to support individual development. About You: The ideal candidate will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Have experience teaching Expressive Arts, ideally in a SEND or inclusive setting. Demonstrate a creative approach to teaching and the ability to inspire students with a range of needs and abilities.
