About the position
Key duties and responsibilities include:
* Dealing with incoming customer queries, obtaining relevant information and providing advice and best possible solutions.
* Managing sales orders/quotations, scheduling appointments, following up enquiries, securing orders, and ensuring customer delivery dates are met
* Working closely with and supporting the external sales team to identify opportunities both within our existing client baseand with potential new sources ofbusiness.

* Ability to prioritise own workload.
* Good level of IT literacy in Microsoft Office
