My client is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join their team as a Financial Services Administrator focusing on Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs). As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to clients and assisting in the administration of SIPPs.
Responsibilities:
Handle the day-to-day administration of SIPPs, including processing contributions, transfers, and withdrawals.
Liaise with clients, financial advisors, and investment providers to ensure efficient and accurate handling of SIPP-related queries and transactions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of client reports and statements.
Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to SIPPs and financial services.Qualifications:
Previous experience in financial services administration is not essential.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
