This role will involve supporting the learning of the child and ensuring they are engaging with the wider school life. The school has strong links to the community and is looking for a Teaching Assistant who can support this ethos.
As a successful Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work, encourage and inspire pupils each day. You will assist teachers to achieve academic goals and ensure the safety of children.
You must be able to use your understanding of education and learning to promote outstanding outcomes for all pupils at all times. It is essential that you have an understanding of the National Curriculum and how this can effectively be supported in a fun and creative way.
This is a full time role available to start ASAP on a long term position.

Your responsibilities as a Primary TA:
16. Managing behaviour and supporting the class teacher
17. Assisting students during class making sure they are on track
18. Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience of all the children
19. Working with small groups and 1:1
20. Safeguarding children
21. Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress
22. Having a flexible approach and ability to adapt resources on the spot
To be considered for this position you must be able to provide the following requirements:
23. An Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get a new one
24. Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available with this role)
25. Able to make an impression on both us and our client
26. Previous experience in Schools preferred
27. 2 recent professional references (this is essential)
28. Flexibly adhere to the needs of the children in a professional and friendly manner
29. Good classroom management skills
