Sanctuary Personnel are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join a new and developing team at our client's state-of-the-art facility located just 10 miles south of Birmingham City Centre. Their facility, which opened its doors in March 2022, is easily accessible from the M5 and offers excellent transport links to the West Midlands area.
Their facility boasts 33 beds across three distinct wards: a 10-bed female NHS Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit, a 13-bed mixed-gender NHS acute service, and a private acute ward catering to both men and women. Alongside their inpatient services, they offer a comprehensive Outpatient department and regional conference facilities.
Currently rated as Inadequate by the CQC, their facility has undergone significant improvements with a newly appointed and experienced Senior Management Team. They are seeking dedicated nurses who are eager to contribute to their journey towards achieving an 'Outstanding' rating, placing patient care at the forefront of their practice.
Shift Patterns:
* Night shifts: 19:30 pm - 08:00 am.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will:
1. Provide high-quality, patient-focused care.
2. Participate in developing new services and care pathways.
3. Support the local implementation of the Nursing Strategy.
4. Engage in continuous quality improvement within the service.
They are looking for Nurses who:
1. Hold an active NMC PIN with at least 12 months of post-qualification experience.
2. Have relevant clinical experience.
3. Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
4. Show the ability to use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
5. Possess excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
