About the Role
As Holiday Home Sales Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and delivering strategic sales plans to consistently achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
* Leading from the front by setting high standards for work ethic, team culture, communication, sales lead generation, and product knowledge.
* Recruiting, coaching, and mentoring** Sales Advisors** to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional sales results.
* Collaborating with the park General Manager and Regional Sales Manager to report sales progress and metrics.
