Lucy Group is looking to employ an HR Graduate to join an ever-expanding global HR function. This individual will assist various departments during their 2-year fixed term contract with a view to specialize in one of these areas once the initial graduate scheme comes to an end. A human resources professional must strive to gain a broad range of skills and a vast understanding of the company's needs to be able to liaise with all sectors. Human resource departments are responsible for recruitment, training, employment law compliance, employee benefits, handling grievances, disciplinary action, dismissals and redundancies, organization design and development, learning and development, coaching, training, mentoring, etc. The department works closely with senior members of our businesses as well as with individual employees to ensure that our people are managed and developed in the most effective way possible.

Job Dimensions:
This role will experience several different specialist departments that all make up the complete Lucy Group HR function, supporting over 1800 employees in a global capacity. You will be exposed to areas such as maintaining employee records, assisting with training and development programs, handling basic employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with HR policies, supporting recruitment processes, conducting candidate screenings, managing employee onboarding and providing administrative support to the HR team.

1. Addressing employee concerns and grievances
2. Maintaining positive employee relations
Employee Development:
1. Managing employee performance reviews
Early Careers:
1. Designing and developing Apprentice and intern programmes
2. Developing an ongoing strategy to attract the best talent available to the business.
Compensation and Benefits:
1. Administering employee benefits plans
2. Answering employee questions regarding benefits
Compliance:
1. Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations
2. Maintaining employee records and documentation
Recruitment and Selection:
1. Posting job openings
2. Sourcing candidates through various channels
3. Managing the application process
4. Coordinating with hiring managers
Onboarding and Orientation:
1. Developing and delivering new employee orientation programs
2. Processing paperwork and setting up employee accounts
Wellbeing, Culture and Engagement:
1. Assisting with the delivery of a global wellbeing strategy
2. Enhancing the levels of support in place for employing and driving ongoing initiatives
3. Supporting and facilitating the delivery of employee engagement survey
4. Supporting with action setting
5. Implementing initiatives to align with EDI audit actions
Qualifications:

1. A minimum of a 2:1 in a relevant and relatable subject matter
