Ward have a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Customer Services Supervisor to lead our customer service department (Maternity Cover). Working closely with the team, you will ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded. You will oversee the performance of the team to ensure Ward are keeping pace with service demands.
The role will be based at Donald Ward House, Ilkeston, DE7 5JB. The working hours are 08.30 – 17.00 Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervisor responsibility for Ward’s team of Customer Services representatives
* Thorough understanding of the Waste management services offered by Ward
* Developing initiatives to encourage increased sales
* Identifying ways to improve performance and efficiency based on reporting and feedback
* Respond quickly and effectively to incoming enquiries
* Follow through any complaints to full, acceptable resolution, escalating or seeking support where necessary
* Receive and book on orders via telephone and email ensuring all required information is taken and entered accurately
* Build relationships with customers and seek further opportunities
* Create and build strong internal relationships
* Maintain records, including completing spreadsheets, filing and scanning
Skills and Knowledge Required:
* Experience in providing customer service support is essential
