The Revenues and Benefits Section has a vacancy for a part time Revenues and Benefits Support Officer. Are you a team player and self-motivated individual who can support colleagues? We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual for this role.
On a day-to-day basis, you will provide operational clerical and administrative support for the Revenues and Benefits service teams. Excellent organisational skills are essential, together with the ability to work very accurately and as part of a friendly team.
General duties include simple processing tasks, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, ordering and monitoring stock and using appropriate systems as directed.
You must maintain a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the work the team with. Previous experience working in a general office role doing tasks such dealing with post, emails, filing and workflow is essential. You will require GCSE Maths and English Grade A – C to demonstrate literacy and numeracy skills or equivalent.
