As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimise our operational processes, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of our products to customers around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
* Oversee daily operations across production, inventory management, and logistics to ensure seamless workflows.
* Develop and implement processes to optimise efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
* Lead and motivate the operations team to meet deadlines and exceed performance expectations.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
* Manage inventory levels to align with demand, minimising stock shortages and overstock.
* Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials.
* Monitor supply chain performance, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
Fulfilment and Logistics:
* Supervise order fulfilment, ensuring that all customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
* Partner with logistics providers to maintain reliable and cost-effective shipping solutions.
* Address and resolve any delivery issues or delays to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Process Improvement and Reporting:
* Identify areas for improvement within operational processes and implement innovative solutions.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to assess operational performance.
* Work with other departments to align operations with company goals and customer expectations.
Team Management:
* Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing operations team.
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging growth and development among team members.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.

* Experience: Proven experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or a similar industry.
* Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
* Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with inventory management software, order processing systems, and operational tools.
* Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail to maintain quality and accuracy across operations.
* Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
