We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager & Content Creator to own and define how our client shows up online.
From strategy to execution, to analysis and fine-tuning, you’ll be the powerhouse behind their online presence, working directly with the founder to build a movement, not just a brand.

Our client is a London-based challenger brand revolutionizing how people prepare their bodies for drinking. They’re pioneering a first-to-market concept in the UK. A natural, science-backed solution that supports alcohol metabolism, reducing next-day effects and empowering balanced living.
They launched just over a year ago and have already sold 50,000+ pouches, driven by organic endorsements from major influencers like Vogue Williams and BICEP.
The potential for growth is huge with the scale of functional drinks and the changing landscape in drinking culture., We’re looking for someone who can bring the brand to life across digital channels and help define what this challenger brand should look like in the UK and Ireland.
What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take full ownership of shaping their digital presence and content strategy from its current foundation. This isn’t just another content job—this is about building a category-defining brand.
● Develop and execute a content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond and have an understanding of paid ads.
● Be confident on and off camera, whether it’s creating engaging video content or leading brand storytelling.
● Edit and design content that makes an impact, from high-quality graphics to engaging short-form videos.
● Stay ahead of trends and translate them into campaigns that resonate.
● Manage social media channels, from community engagement to analytics.
● Write compelling copy that talks to its audience (no matter the platform) and drives action, social media, website, LinkedIn and email marketing
● Comfortable using creative tools: Canva, Klavio, Shopify, Video Editing
● Lead campaign development that cuts through the noise and delivers results.
● Analyse content performance to optimise and refine strategy - transcribing and understanding the data.
● Work flexibly and attend key brand events & festivals to capture content in real time. This may mean touring the country creating content including at UK & Ireland festivals. This may include weekends and overnight stays.
● Be the driving force behind how the brand shows up online. This is your chance to build something from the ground up. And everything outside of a typical digital marketing job description! If it needs doing, you’ll get stuck in and make it happen.
What We’re Looking For
● Proven Experience - you understand the start-up culture and know this isn’t for the faint hearted. You’ll have experience across most if not all these tasks.
● You have strong copywriting and content creation skills, you have plenty of brand building experience, even if it’s your personal brand, and confident to do this on your own without a team to guide or support you.
● You have a start-up mindset - resourceful, proactive, and willing to get stuck in.
● You’re two steps ahead of trends and already mapped out the strategy. Solutions come naturally to you in the face of lower budgets and people who need a little more convincing!
● You take ownership-this is your domain, and you treat it like it’s your own brand.
● You’re creative and strategic-big ideas backed by results-driven execution.
● You don’t let budgets or a "no" hold you back, you find a way to make things happen. ● You bring contagious energy- your enthusiasm inspires both the team and our audience.
Experience in food and beverage startups is a bonus, but if you’re obsessed with brand-building and digital marketing, we want to hear from you.
Perks & Compensation
● You must live in London and be able to work in a shared work space 2-3 days per week - with the ability to travel around London to create content on a daily basis.
● £40k - £45k salary depending on experience + equity options.
