We have vacancies in our general Call Centre, which involves dealing with customers' queries and complaints on our internet site by phone and email and advising them on their purchases.
We do not 'cold call', we are not in the business of hard selling, and our main aim is to make sure our customers are satisfied with every aspect of their experience with us. We have won national awards for the way we treat people and we aim to continually improve.
Roles in the general Call Centre are office-based and are from 9am, to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. There is a requirement to work one Saturday a month.
As our business continues to grow, we are now looking for more people with the human touch to boost our team. Full training is available.
