Job Description As part of the People Performance team, reporting into the People Business Partner, you’ll work in a generalist role supporting the delivery of our people plans. You’ll partner with our Retail teams, specifically with Regional/Area Managers, supporting them with people solutions across multiple sites. Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders Holding regular reviews with stakeholders to review their people, covering all elements of the colleague experience Working with other teams within the People function, including Recruitment and Learning & Development Completing talent reviews with stakeholders, agreeing actions and proactively monitoring progress of these Succession planning for key roles Supporting with upskilling of managers Maintaining a focus on colleague engagement Supporting with new store openings and closure processes Managing employee relations cases
