Key responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Brand team to shape and execute the UK marketing strategy, working closely with teams including Studio, Content, Digital, CRM, and Trade.
* Take the lead in creating campaign briefs, managing print suppliers, and coordinating newspaper advertising.
* Oversee multiple campaigns, from quick one-off promotions to larger seasonal initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
* Monitor competitor activity within the commercial travel industry, bringing fresh ideas for campaigns and offers to the table.
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across digital, print, media advertising, and events.
* Plan and oversee the production of luxury travel brochures, direct mail, and other high-quality promotional materials.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
* Track and analyse campaign performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
What you'll need:
* A strong background in online & offline marketing, particularly in producing direct mail pieces, brochures, and print materials. Familiarity with Digital and CRM channels is a must.
* Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Confident in pushing boundaries to attract new customers and explore untapped opportunities.
* A keen understanding of KPIs, competitive pricing, and how commercial insights inform marketing decisions.
* Hands-on experience with creating briefs, managing rounds of amendments, and delivering polished, impactful campaigns.
