We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role from our head office in Abingdon. This is a hybrid role with a 1 day per week requirement at our head office in Abingdon.
Job Role Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator who is looking for an opportunity to develop their career and be a part of our large and dynamic team in Abingdon. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-orientated Marketing Coordinator to help drive our marketing initiatives. In this role, the successful candidate will support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and events, manage internal & external stakeholders, new product launches, marketing request coordination, mailshots & budget management across AM Healthcare Group. This is an exhilarating role that will truly showcase the benefits of marketing to enhance brand awareness, engagement (B2B AND B2C), and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support in delivering the group marketing strategy and coordinate marketing activities as directed by management.
* Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to coordinate tasks.
* Monitor marketing budget.
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all marketing requirements are delivered.
* Organise and project manage events throughout the year.
* Coordinate the production of new marketing collateral, liaising with designers, producers, and suppliers.
* Coordinate marketing campaigns & events.
* Write copy for marketing materials, and provide proof-reading services as required.
* Coordinate group’s social media presence.
* Maintain an understanding of competitor activity within key marketing channels.
* Evaluate performance of marketing activities and identify improvements.
* Manage the relationship with internal customers UK and Overseas.
* Manage relationships with external agencies.
* Manage direct mail and internal communications via Mailchimp.
* Establish and maintain good relationships internally and externally with all contacts.
* Build the group brand presence.
* Support key projects as directed by the management team.
Qualifications:
Please list Essential qualifications required:
* Ideally 2-4 years practical marketing experience.
* Ideally has a degree in marketing/business or a related subject and/or a CIM qualification.
* Experience of stakeholder management.
* Ideally experience in event management.
* Knowledgeable of Mailchimp.
* Knowledgeable in copywriting.
* Degree desirable.
