As a future Performance Analyst, you will report to Head of Performance Analysis, and you will be part of AXA IM Global GCOO.

The job purpose is to analyse and evaluate the performance of Fixed Income, Multi Asset and Alternative portfolios. The Performance Analyst will play a vital role in preparing comprehensive performance reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the position requires close collaboration with portfolio managers and investment teams.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
1. Responsibility for the preparation of data, review & timely distribution of internal performance reports
2. Ensure the on-going quality and accuracy of performance data
3. Escalate all performance issues or production issues
4. Ensure that all the reporting is produced within mandated and regulatory timeframes
5. Interpretation and attribution analysis of Fixed Income, Multi Asset and Alternative portfolios
6. Support the business onboarding process for new performance reporting requirements including ad hoc queries
7. Liaise with colleagues globally for cross training & to create synergies
8. Assist the team with developments and new ideas to increase efficiencies
9. Assist in team and business wide projects
10. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to performance analysis
Your Profile

Your qualifications and experience:
11. Degree level (numerate discipline highly desirable)
12. IMC, CIPM, CFA or planning to study towards
13. Graduate with minimum 1-3 years experience within asset management
14. Technical and development background highly desirable
Your knowledge and skills:
15. Knowledge of performance and attribution methodologies
16. Good understanding of Asset Management, Funds and Reporting
17. Knowledge of investment products and various instruments
18. Good analytical skills
19. Advanced Excel skills required (macro/formatting/power query editor)
20. Highly numerate
21. High level of attention to detail
22. Client-oriented mind set
23. Positive and constructive attitude
24. Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
25. A team player with good communication and presentation skills
26. Good organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage deadlines
27. Flexible approach and proactive
