The firm take on projects across a variety of sectors, the main ones include; Industrial, Office, Healthcare, Property, Hotel and Leisure and Retail. Undertaking a range of Building Surveys including Dilapidations, Acquisitions and planned maintenance Working on a diverse range of small and medium-sized projects, managing quality, timescales and budgets Deliver projects in line with necessary statutory requirements, including Building, CDM and Planning regulations General building pathology activities including surveying building defects and associated remedial works Preparing specifications and schedules of work Prepare tender documentation, including working on NBS software Contract administration Seeking new business opportunities and new clients to partner with the firm What you will have Chartered Surveyor status A minimum of three years PQE A confident and approachable personality Ability to work from home effectively Experience with dilapidation work is highly desirable
