Year 2 Primary Teacher Responsibilities: Good working knowledge of the Year 2 Primary National Curriculum Have experience of planning and delivering quality learning experiences for pupils Follow school policies and procedures with regards to safeguarding and behaviour Work with children of mixed abilities including SEND The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students Support individual students to achieve their full potential in an inclusive and encouraging environment Track and assess student progress and report to colleagues and parents on progress Year 2 Primary Teacher Requirements: Recognised teaching qualification PGCE or equivalent (QTS) UK experience as a primary teacher An enhanced DBS certificate registered with the update service or be willing to complete a new DBS Positive classroom management and behavioural techniques Year 2 Primary Teacher Desirable Skills: Patience Empathy Strong Communication Classroom Management Skills Creativity and Adaptability Organizational Skills Supportive Attitude Commitment to Professional Development Why Trust Education?
