Job summary University Hospitals Dorset is currently looking to recruit experienced Mental Health Support Workers (MHSW) to join our bank, who are looking to work flexibly across our sites in Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole. Main duties of the job As a bank worker, you will be called upon to spend a significant part providing 1-2-1 care covering all aspects focusing on safety for both patients and staff as well as therapeutic intervention. You will also work as part of the wider team supporting colleagues and other healthcare professional when requested to do so. The post holder will provide outstanding personal and enhanced care to patients needing additional nursing and emotional support in a high stress environment.
