We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Advisor to join our client's growing team in Stratford. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a positive and helpful experience. Your responsibilities include answering queries, resolving issues, and offering advice, playing a key part in our customer journey.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Customer Service and Sales Advisor represents the company both over the phone and face-to-face to wholesale and retail customers. You will identify new sales leads, work with customers to find their needs, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process.
The focus will be on managing and expanding trade accounts, maintaining high levels of customer service, and contributing to team success. This role emphasizes trade sales and business development, alongside customer service, teamwork, and supporting the broader sales team.
Based in rural Stratford, candidates must drive and have their own transport, as there are no public transport links to the office.
Key Responsibilities
o Answer inbound calls and live chat inquiries professionally, handling customer queries and sales from start to completion.
o Provide accurate quotations upon request.
o Follow up on quotations promptly to close sales.
o Determine customer eligibility for trade accounts, open accounts where appropriate, and communicate terms and payments.
o Research and identify new potential customers.
o Review and manage stock and product orders regularly.
