The Role of Business Development Manager
1. This is a field/home based business development field sales role.
2. You will target B2B businesses and sell in-demand facilities services.
3. The contact level will typically be Owners, Procurement, Managers, etc.
4. This is a business development role where you will be tasked with self-generating your own appointments and building a pipeline.
5. You will be selling an "essential service" where the demand is high; therefore, the ability to identify and target market customers is imperative.
6. Order values are high, so there is a real opportunity to earn high OTE - the average BDM earns £50k, whereas top performers will earn in excess of £80K.
7. This role is 4 days in the field and 1 day working from home.
8. You will be backed by excellent operational service levels, customer service, and a world-class marketing department.

The Candidate for the Business Development Manager
1. B2B field sales (NEW BUSINESS EXPERIENCE) with a proven track record.
2. A good positive attitude (tenacity, resilience).
3. Strong IT skills.
The Package on Offer for the Business Development Manager
1. Up to £35,000 - £40,000.
2. OTE £60,000 - £80,000 uncapped paid quarterly.
3. Company car - Hybrid.
