Our client's company is a professional services firm with a high involvement in the community. They are seeking a strong Executive Assistant to join their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$115k - $150k plus Bonus
Position Overview:
Our client seeks a seasoned Executive Assistant needed to support the Chairman of a solid organization. The Executive Assistant position requires a high level of professionalism, ability to transcribe, and the desire to go the extra mile needed.
Responsibilities Of The Executive Assistant:
* Responsible for proactively managing the Chairman's calendar and communications including coordination, execution, and prioritization of daily to-do list.
* Provide high-level administrative assistance and support to senior management and office personnel in a family-owned business.
* Write, prioritize, and edit emails, prioritize and screen phone calls, draft memos, and prepare communications on the executive team's behalf.
* Gather documents to prepare for meetings and coordinate travel arrangements and testing requirements.
* Manage the Chairman's duties related to board affiliations. Support Board Members when needed.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters about the Chairman, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
* Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and writing agendas.
* Proactively manage personal assets, coordinate the arrival of the Chairman's family at vacation homes, and manage the maintenance and registration of personal vehicles.
* Provide independent solid judgment and initiative on sensitive assignments and deadlines.
Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
* 8+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite.
* Proficiency in computer platforms (Zoom).
* Solid experience with Microsoft Office.
* Ability to maintain organized password logs and troubleshoot phone and computer accessibility issues with a quick turnaround.
* Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and execute effectively against multiple projects and deadlines.
* Ability to work overtime or off-hours and run errands as necessary.
Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher education, with evidence of academic or other intellectual distinction.
