As a Customer Sales Manager, we are looking for someone to: Handle inbound Sales calls from potential clients interested in commercial secured loans Develop sales opportunities through establishing the nature of their business, growth plans & future need Qualify leads by assessing the customers' needs and providing them with the most appropriate loan products and services Provide expert insight on loan products, repayment terms and eligibility requirements Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering personalised and professional service Effectively manage and track all leads and interactions in the CRM system maintaining a healthy sales pipeline Collaborate with the underwriting and fulfilment teams to ensure smooth loan processing Meet or exceed monthly Sales targets and KPI’s set by management Upsell or Cross-sell additional financial products to existing clients when appropriate Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies To represent the company brand and values in all contact with customers so that customer retention and repeat business is maximised
