The Role
* Support Account Executives with managing a portfolio of commercial clients
* Process renewals, endorsements, and mid-term adjustments
* Liaise with clients to collect underwriting information and ensure a smooth service
* Negotiate terms and cover with insurers to secure the best outcomes
* Maintain accurate records in line with compliance and regulatory standards
* Assist with claims communication between clients and internal teams
* Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes
Who They're Looking For
* Experience in commercial insurance account handling
* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
* Confident communicator with excellent client service abilities
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with FCA compliance and insurance processes
