Administrative Assistant : Fixed Term Contract
Salary A GBP 23,000 (pro:rata to contract period)
Fixed term contract from mid:Feb/start of March to end of September 2025
Working hours to end of May are 08:00 : 15:30 with half an hour lunch
June to end September are 08:00 to 17:00 with an hour for lunch
Office Based essential Bingley BD16

Job Description:
Holmes and Partners Ltd are seeking a detail:oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic immigration consultancy team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the case management process and ensuring smooth day:to:day operations. Please be aware this role is a fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
* Open and manage client cases on our case management system
* Create, send, and receive letters and correspondence with clients and external parties
* Maintain and update management spreadsheets to track case progress and deadlines
* Request, verify, and upload client documents to various databases and platforms
Qualifications:
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
