About the Role:\nWe are seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor to join our team, overseeing mechanical and electrical (M&E) operations on both commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&E supervision, a solid understanding of commercial and residential construction processes, and hold an SSSTS certification. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of projects with a high-profile client.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * Supervise day-to-day M&E operations on site, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.\n * Coordinate and manage the M&E team, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations and timely project completion.\n * Monitor and enforce Health & Safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.\n * Review and implement Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for M&E works.\n * Ensure all M&E works are completed in line with project specifications, drawings, and timelines.\n * Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to keep them updated on project progress.\n * Carry out inspections and quality checks to ensure that all M&E works are completed to specification.\n * Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues or delays related to M&E work.\n * Ensure all documentation and reports are completed in a timely manner.\nEssential Requirements:\n * Proven experience as an M&E Supervisor on commercial and residential projects.\n * Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and installations.\n * SSSTS (Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme) certification.\n * Excellent understanding of Health & Safety regulations and the ability to enforce them on-site.\n * Ability to lead a team, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with other project stakeholders.\n * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve on-site issues efficiently.\n * Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and specifications.\n * Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.\nDesirable:\n * Additional qualifications or certifications in M&E, Health & Safety, or relevant construction fields.\n * Previous experience working with high-profile clients or projects.\n * Knowledge of QA/QC procedures in M&E works.\nWhy Join Us:\n * Opportunity to work on both commercial and residential projects.\n * Competitive salary and benefits.\n * Career development and training opportunities.\n * A dynamic and supportive work environment.\nHow to Apply:\nIf you meet the requirements and are looking for your next career move, please apply with your CV for consideration
