We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caring Support Professional to join our team at SuperCare, where you'll play a vital role in shaping the lives of vulnerable youth.
About the Role:
* As a Senior Coach, you'll work closely with young people, their families, social workers, and other organizations to ensure everyone's needs are addressed.
* You'll provide day-to-day care and support on a shift work basis, helping young people become more independent and succeed in their education.
* Coordinating Care Plans, monitoring progress, and reviewing outcomes will be key aspects of your responsibilities.
* Administrative tasks and record-keeping associated with key working responsibilities will also be part of your duties.
* You'll promote responsibility among young people, keeping them informed of their circumstances and rights, involving them in planning, and supporting them towards greater control and responsibility.
What You'll Need:
* A level 3 qualification in Child and Young Person Work (CYPW) or above.
* An enhanced DBS check and on the update service.
* The ability to drive.
* Experience working with children/young people in an Ofsted environment.

Salary:$65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
