Person Specification Post Graduate Degree qualification in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience, this may include a recognised Leadership & Management Qualification eg CMI level 7 ECDL/equivalent IT competencies Sound knowledge of NHS Hospital Medical & Dental Staff and Agenda for Change terms and conditions and their application Able to demonstrate practical knowledge of working positively within TU environment Able to demonstrate continued professional development Management / supervision of an operational team gained within HR / recruitment led service. Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills and use of HR Systems Demonstrable experience of collaborative working with key stakeholders within and external to the organisation. Experience of Rostering.
