Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective food technology lessons to students
* Develop and implement curriculum in line with educational guidelines
* Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Degree in Food Technology or related field
* Knowledge of current educational trends and best practises
Education:
Degree in Food Technology or related field
Experience:
Prior teaching experience in food technology or related subject
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of food technology concepts and practical applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities
* Organisational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
The role involves working part-time hours on a contract basis. The teacher will be based in a school setting, delivering lessons and interacting with students and colleagues.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
