Job Summary The Solihull Community Intermediate Care cover sites across Solihull as well as the patient's home. We provide therapy to those who are placed in discharge to assess beds / discharged home requiring further assessment and rehabilitation following a period of hospital admission as well as complex discharge planning. The role of a therapy support worker is to support the delivery of therapy services to patients within the intermediate care service. This involves working in a multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, and other Therapy Support Workers. You will work autonomously under the supervision of the qualified therapists as well supporting junior staff, new starters and students.
