Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Crawley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 0900-1700 with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding support and assistance. You will handle a variety of customer queries, resolve issues, and deliver an excellent experience, all while maintaining a confident and professional telephone manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via telephone (mainly) and over email.
* Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Provide accurate product or service information to customers, offering solutions to their needs.
* Record customer interactions and ensure all relevant details are logged in the system.
* Handle high call volumes while maintaining a confident and clear communication style.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
* Follow up on customer inquiries as necessary, ensuring that all outstanding issues are fully resolved.
* Uphold the company’s reputation by delivering exceptional service in every interaction.
Key Requirements:
* Confident telephone manner: Comfortable speaking with customers, remaining calm, professional, and clear under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude to resolving issues.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable, but not essential.
* A positive, customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service.
