With a mission to make wholefood, gut-friendly plant-based protein more accessible, this brand has seen exceptional YoY retail sales growth, secured nationwide listings in Tesco, ASDA, and Ocado, and expanded rapidly across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to take a category-defining product to the next level and play a key role in scaling a disruptive brand. What you’ll be doing: ✅ Managing and growing existing grocery accounts with major UK retailers. ✅ Securing new listings and expanding retail distribution across key market ✅ Developing and executing commercial strategies to drive sales growth ✅ Leading negotiations, JBPs, and promotional planning ✅ Working cross-functionally with marketing & supply chain teams to maximise brand visibility What we’re looking for: Grocery sales experience – in FMCG, food, or plant-based categories A strong track record of managing top UK retailers & securing new listings A commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales and execute JBPs Passion for health-conscious, wholefood products & sustainable food systems A dynamic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
