This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators, with the potential for a permanent contract following a successful probation period. In this PE, Art & Technology Teacher role, you will deliver engaging lessons across Physical Education, Art, and Technology, inspiring students to excel academically and develop valuable creative and practical skills. Responsibilities of the PE, Art & Technology Teacher: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in PE, Art, and Technology for Key Stages 3 and 4, adhering to the national curriculum. Use innovative teaching methods to engage and motivate students in diverse subject areas. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and personal growth. Promote health, fitness, and well-being through PE activities. Develop students’ artistic expression and technical skills in Art. Guide students in applying practical skills in Technology, ensuring safety and efficiency in the classroom. Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work and share best practices. Contribute to extracurricular activities, including clubs, teams, or projects. Requirements of the PE, Art & Technology Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. A degree or background in one or more of the relevant subject areas (PE, Art, Technology). Experience teaching Key Stage 3 and 4 students (open to ECTs and experienced teachers). Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Passion for teaching multiple disciplines and inspiring students to achieve their best.
