The role:
Join Our Team as a Compensation and Benefits Lead
Are you passionate about shaping reward strategies and making a tangible impact on employee satisfaction and retention? Fugro is on the lookout for a dynamic Compensation and Benefits Lead to co-ordinate and plan our reward strategy across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Coordinate and plan our multidisciplinary reward strategy.
2. Policy Enhancement: Assess and update current benefits and compensation package procedures and policies.
3. HR Support: Collaborate with HR on recruitment and retention initiatives.
4. Negotiation: Negotiate benefit plans and resolve compensation-related issues.
5. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics of benchmark data and trends to inform compensation strategies.
6. Global Alignment: Liaise and align with Global Compensation & Benefits teams.
7. Brand Ambassadorship: Promote Fugro’s employer brand and develop competitive reward mechanisms.
This role is an impactful position, and you will play a crucial role in shaping our reward strategy and enhancing employee satisfaction. Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a dynamic C & B Lead who excels in communication and fosters open dialogue across the organisation. You will connect with external stakeholders, exuding energy, passion, trust, and respect, while comfortably liaising, encouraging, and influencing individuals at all levels. Your inclusive approach will positively impact reward strategies, and your proven experience in designing innovative reward systems will be crucial. Collaborating with HR and UK leadership, you will develop strategic reward plans, demonstrating excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. A bachelor’s degree or 3 to 8 years of experience in rewards and benefits is essential, along with proficiency in English and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. If you are organised, service-oriented, and focused on enhancing attraction and retention, reducing time to hire, and boosting staff retention we want you on our team.
