Title: Workplace Co-ordinator Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum depending on experience Location: Glasgow - This role is office based Working Pattern: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday Closing date for this role is 7th February but we would encourage early applications. The role is responsible for working with the Workplace Manager to deliver front line operational services. They will provide comprehensive support to the local office, group leaders, project and business managers to ensure the continued smooth running of the office and its support services. The role entails: Meeting and greeting visitors Reception cover Issuing visitor passes First line facilities Booking and escorting contractors Meeting room bookings Meeting room standards Catering bookings Consumable orders Stationery orders PPE orders Management of office keys and alarm inductions Raising Purchase Requisitions Management of incoming and outgoing post Health and Safety in the office First Aid cover in the office Fire Marshal cover in the office Assistance with organising desk moves New starter inductions Cover for other offices as required Support for the Travel team, as required Support for the Finance team, as required Support for Health & Safety team, as required Support for Marketing team, as required Requirements The successful applicant will meet the following minimum requirements: Intermediate IT skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Professional telephone manner Experience of working in an office environment Demonstrated ability to manage own workload across multiple demanding projects, with excellent planning and organisation skills evidenced through working in a thorough and methodical way Experience of working as part of a dynamic team Proactive, can-do attitude It is to your advantage if you meet any or all the following additional requirements: Experience of working with external contactors Experience in Health & Safety Due to the nature of the work that Frazer-Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
