They are currently seeking a driven and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead their London-based sales team. Job Description:
In this role, you will lead and support a team of 10–12 sales consultants, delivering coaching, monitoring quality, and driving performance while providing valuable insight to shape commercial strategy.
* Manage a team of 10–12 consultants to meet sales and service targets
* Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews
* Monitor calls to ensure quality standards are met
* Keep accurate records of coaching and quality assessments
* Motivate the team and promote a positive culture
* Coordinate with managers to optimise team schedules
* Gather frontline insights to understand customer trends
* Share findings to support strategic planning
* Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness
* Lead or support business projects as needed
Experience Required:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience managing sales or service teams
* Background in travel industry is an advantage
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus
* Strong leadership and coaching skills to support team development
* Able to drive performance and deliver results under pressure
* Organised and efficient, able to manage time and priorities effectively
* Confident communicator across teams, stakeholders, and international markets
* Adaptable and composed in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence
* Upholds high ethical standards and complies with company policies
