In this role, you will confidently lead and oversee Abbeycroft's Teen Chill sessions resulting in positive community outcomes. All aspects of this role require professionalism, care, friendliness, and great customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
* Developing supportive relationships with attendees
* Maintaining a safe environment
* Providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience for our guests
* Communicating effectively with students and engaging a positive experience
* Safeguarding attendees
* Covering lessons on-shift to avoid disruptions where possible
Qualifications:
* Level 2 Youth Work qualification
* First Aid at Work certification
* Safeguarding Training
* Disability Confident
Responsible individual with a passion for working in leisure, health, and well-being. Strong commitment to safety and the well-being of others. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding and ability to deliver effective customer service in various scenarios.
