Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Position Summary: This role is pivotal in ensuring the ideal execution of clinical trials by providing comprehensive solutions for regulatory-compliant ancillaries and distribution plans. This position is client facing. The role requires the cultivation of positive relationships across various teams both internally and externally to achieve the desired outcomes. By maintaining a strong focus on joint effort, and regulatory compliance, the Sales Product Specialist III is able to support the Clinical Ancillaries Business Development and Client Services teams. Key Responsibilities Crafting Comprehensive Solutions: Develop and implement solutions for selecting regulatory-compliant ancillaries. Design distribution plans for global clinical trials, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and logistical requirements. Understanding Clinical Trial Needs: Engage with the Business Development team and customers to gain a detailed understanding of clinical trial requirements. Translate these needs into a Project Workbook which will be used to build the solution and strategies. Collaborative Work: Collaborate with various teams, including Business Development Managers (BDM), regulatory, distribution, Client Services, Project Management, Quotations, and Procurement. Ensure all team members are aligned throughout the process. Process Standards: Follow the established process standards related to the selection and distribution of ancillaries. Uses Tools: Uses SalesForce.com, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite to complete tasks, track, maintenance and implement projects and initiatives. Maintain a Product Database of all sourced materials including photos, instructions, manuals, license requirements, etc, on a continual basis. Sales Support: Participate in sales, product training, and marketing campaigns to develop appropriate selling skills. Prospect for new business using established process and compliance with established metric. Technical Product Education and Insights: Support the Sr. Sales Product Specialist, CAM with supplier and manufacturer relationships to assemble technical information and provide in-house training as needed. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications/Proficiencies BS/BA college or university degree in a Life Science or a strong Healthcare background. At least 2 years in Laboratory/Medical Device Supplies or Healthcare related field. 7 years in a Laboratory/Medical Device Supplies or Healthcare related field may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree with a High School Diploma and/or, an associate's degree. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Must be proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint. A high degree of flexibility in an evolving business environment.
