Full training will be provided, and there will be an opportunity for accreditation.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Procuring parts from various suppliers
Ensuring stock levels of fast-moving parts are maintained
Researching and sourcing cost-effective parts while ensuring quality and compatibility
Liaising with the workshop and sales team to ensure order accuracy and availability
Processing invoices and credit notes from suppliers
Keeping the parts department tidy and adhering to health and safety guidelines
All levels of experience considered
Good administration, communication, and organisational skills
Attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Genuine desire for customer care
Motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential
