Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
* Master’s degree in nursing is a must.
* 3 years of experience in the same field and same position.
* Dataflow is a must.
* Saudi license holder is a plus.
* Fluent in English.
Job description:
* Ensure that nursing care meets regulatory standards.

* Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
* Create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
* Manage staff schedules and assignments to ensure adequate patient care coverage.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in patient care and implement quality initiatives.
* Collect and analyze data to monitor quality outcomes and identify trends.
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based practices.
* Manage the daily operations of the NICU, including staffing, budget, and resource allocation.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accrediting bodies.
* Participate in the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures.
