The role of the Sister/Charge Nurse is vital to the safe running of an ED. You will be passionate about ED nursing, be forward thinking, with a can-do attitude. You will also have excellent leadership and communication skills. You will need to high standards for ensuring patients receive quality care and have a good experience whilst in the ED. You will be joining a well-established team and will be supported with a period of induction and competencies to achieve. You will be supported by the whole team and have a buddy for ongoing support. You will work closely with the Matron and operational team across the Care Group to support our patients to benefit from a multi-disciplinary team approach.
