We are working with a growing, owner-run SME in the Engineering sector to find an Office Manager to join their small but hard-working team at their site in The Cotswolds, near to Broadway. The Office Manager is responsible for: Overall coordination of all general office functions within sales and production, particularly Implementing efficiencies to processes and systems Ensuring customer service levels are maintained at the highest standards across the board Reporting on and working with data The successful Office Manager will: Have a solid background in Office Coordination or Management, however it does not need to be in the engineering field Be comfortable working in a process-driven, quiet ‘head down’ environment Have reliable transport to enable access to the office Monday-Friday Enjoy the challenge of implementing process change and maximising efficiency Be comfortable and competent at communicating with colleagues at all levels, from shop floor to Managing Director Bring an understanding of a professional office set up and a desire to train and develop the existing workforce This is a full-time, permanent role, and would suit someone who wants to be an integral part of a close-knit team. This is an office-based role, with working hours of 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am – 2pm on Fridays. Our client is offering a salary of £35-40,000pa, plus benefits.
