About Us In 1988, and until 2002, Classic Collection Holidays was a small tour operator selling upmarket package holidays to the Canary Islands, Madeira and Mallorca. From 2002 until 2018, the company grew to become a successful mid-sized predominantly tour-operator-to-travel-agent provider of mainly short-haul luxury holidays. On The Beach plc’s acquisition of, and investment in, Classic Collection Holidays in 2018, allowed the company, under independent management, to grow its portfolio of tailor-made luxury holidays for Classic Collection Holidays, and to launch two sibling brands, trade-friendly Classic Collection and trade-only booking portal, Classic Package Holidays. In May 2024, Classic Collection and Classic Package Holidays combined to become Classic Collection. What you’ll be doing We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our B2B Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Development: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting B2B customers, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and digital advertising. Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various channels, including Emails, Direct Mail, and social media updates that resonate with B2B audiences. Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation plans to attract and convert potential customers, using tools like CRM software and marketing automation platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals. Event Marketing: Assist in planning and executing marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to showcase our products and services. Brand Management: Help maintain and enhance the company’s brand image through consistent messaging and effective communication strategies and minimal website updates. Skills and requirements: Experience in B2B marketing or a related role. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Email marketing tools). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with content marketing, and social media strategies. Excellent organisational and time-management skills The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
